1. Upon completion of Order: 
As soon as your order is received you will see confirmation message and then to your email”

2. Delivery dates and times: 
All orders are sent within the country of Greece with Elta couriers. All deliveries are done daily from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00.

3. Receiving products: 
You will receive your order from 2-5 business days. We will notify you by e-mail if a product is unavailable or for any other problem that may arise. Pick-ups from the actual store can be made from Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 – 16:00.

4. Product delivery – Receiving documents  
Products bought by the Customer will be delivered to the address the Customer has specified as the delivery address. The Customer will also receive a copy of the sales document and dispatch note. Deliveries will be provided upon proof of purchase and the recipient’s signature on the relevant documents.

Delivery may be delayed due to extraordinary circumstances:

a) During high volume periods.
b) Due to adverse weather conditions.
c) Due to unforeseen events.

Shipping costs/Free delivery: 
Delivery is free on all orders over 80 € within the country of Greece.
For all orders under 80 € the cost is calculated in the following way:

Greece:
– for orders up to 3 kilos shipped to Athens, the delivery cost is 2 euro and for orders shipped to the province it is 2.20 euro. For orders exceeding this weight, delivery costs will be calculated according to each Courier company and their pricing.
– for COD there is an additional cost of 2.00 €

Cyprus:
– for orders up to 2 kilos the delivery cost is 11.20 euro. For orders exceeding this weight, delivery costs will be calculated according to each Courier company and their pricing.
– for COD there is an additional cost of 4.34 €
