Dark caramel colour. Aroma of caramelized fruits, jamand notes of flowers and honey. Sweet and smooth mouthfeel with stong taste of caramel and fruits with Long aftertaste.
Vinification & winemaking
Sweet Orange is made out of 3 different wineyards that are located at semi-mountainious terroir. We first sundry the grapes in the winery for 10 days then we make a cold soak and fermentation with the skins for 2 days. When the fermentation is finished we leave the wine with the yeast for a year. The Last part of the prosses is to age the wine in France barrels for six months.
