Amoriano blend is a nouveau protocol red wine can be enjoyed chilled during the warm months, at a temperature of 10-12°C.

Our winemakers have utilized a unique color extraction process that involves low temperatures, resulting in a deep-rose or light-red hue that is visually stunning. With our commitment to organic vineyards, you can savor this wine guilt-free knowing that every sip is the product of responsible, sustainable winemaking practices.

Vineyards

Amoriano Blend is a premium winery that prides itself on owning three unique organic vineyards located in different areas within Greece. One vineyard is nestled underneath the towering Prophet Ilias Mountain, and the other two vineyards are situated beneath the majestic Attaviros Mountain.

These vineyards offer a diverse range of grapes, including a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, which adds complexity to the wine. Our winery’s dedication to organic farming practices ensures that every glass of Amoriano Blend wine is not only delicious but also environmentally friendly.

Production protocol of Amoriano Blend

Amoriano Blend is a unique combination of three distinct terroirs, each contributing their own flavor and character to the final product. Cultivated from the most common grape variety in the Dodecanese, only the finest quality red dry wine is produced for aging.

To ensure an exceptional taste, we use a handmade maceration process, keeping the temperature low to extract only the finest tannins.

The wine is then fermented with two different types of yeast, adding a complexity and depth to its flavor profile.

Our final blend is meticulously stabilized and filtered, only once, to highlight the natural qualities of the wine. Amoriano Blend is best enjoyed chilled at a temperature of 12-15°C, allowing its complex flavors to truly shine.

Organoleptic profile of Amoriano Blend

As an Amoriano Blend Intense in ruby red with blue and pink highlights, I embody a rich and tantalizing combination of flavors and aromas that will leave you entranced. The aroma of my mature red fruits will remind you of the sweetness of cherries and berries, while also offering delicate hints of violet with mesmerizing notes of flowers. Round and smooth mouthfeel is complemented by my silken tannins, which work together to create a luxurious and indulgent experience. When you taste me, you’ll be delighted to discover a long and lingering fruity aftertaste that will leave you wanting for more.
